Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Limited is seeking a Group Sales Manager for their Punta Negra location in Mallorca. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating group business from international and domestic markets, building relationships with meeting planners and corporate clients.

This role requires at least 5 years of experience in a luxury hospitality sales environment. Responsibilities include managing RFPs, creating bespoke proposals, and collaborating with operational teams to ensure exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in group or MICE sales within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Proven track record in managing all aspects of group sales.
• Strong knowledge of group contracts and sales procedures.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and convert group business opportunities.
• Respond to all group RFPs within 24 hours.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key group clients.

Skills

Experience in group or MICE sales

Proficiency in Salesforce

Communication skills in Spanish and English
