Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Mallorca is seeking a Group Sales Manager to drive group and MICE business from international and domestic markets. You will develop strategic relationships with meeting planners, agencies, and corporate clients, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contracting and pre-event coordination.

Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Events and Operations to deliver extraordinary group experiences that reflect Mandarin Oriental standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in group or MICE sales within luxury hospitality or similar high-end environment.
• Proven track record in converting group leads and managing all aspects of group sales from prospecting to execution.
• Existing relationships with key MICE partners and corporate accounts are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, qualify, and convert group opportunities for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE).
• Respond to RFPs within 24 hours with accuracy and creativity in line with brand standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key group clients, agencies, DMCs, and corporate planners.
