Job summary

Marriott International in Mallorca is seeking a National Account Sales Director to manage a portfolio of national accounts, building partnerships with buyers and applying strategic account management to grow market share across Marriott brands.

You will drive revenue through proactive account strategies, collaborate with property leadership, and ensure excellent service standards while expanding group and transient business.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major and 3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
• OR
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major and 2 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
• Preferred: Total Account Management experience, Hospitality sales experience, English language, local language.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the overall account strategy for assigned accounts.
• Retains, expands and grows account revenue through total account penetration and initiatives.
• Penetrates assigned accounts for group and transient business and explores extended stay opportunities.
• Coordinates with Sales and Marketing and property leadership to ensure account saturation and successful revenue generation.
