Jet2.com Limited in Palma Mallorca Airport is seeking a Dispatch Trainer on a secondment basis. Reporting to the Ground Operations Training Supervisor, you will provide classroom training, coaching and support to dispatch colleagues to uphold safety culture and our brand philosophy.

You will identify development needs, deliver coaching, and help design initial and recurrent training to ensure peak performance.

Formación

• Demonstrate role model behaviours.
• Subject matter expert in Ground Operations Dispatch; familiarity with front‑of‑house procedures.
• Ability to share knowledge, engage and influence others.
• Passionate about training and developing others, able to engage dispatch colleagues.
• Willing to study towards the Level 3 Award in Education and Training.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery of coaching and support for all Dispatch colleagues, ensuring training is tailored to individual requirements.
• Support the design and development of initial and recurrent training to support them to achieve the highest performance standards.

Dispatch Trainer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Dispatch Trainer, based at Palma Mallorca Airport on Secondment basis! Reporting to the Ground Operations Training Supervisor, the Ground Operations Dispatch Trainer will be responsible for providing classroom training, support and coaching to our dispatch colleagues to ensure they are working and operating in accordance with our safety culture and brand philosophy.

What will you do as a Dispatch Trainer?

• Identify and analyse individual training and development needs, making recommendations in line with the Behavioural Framework.
• Be responsible for the delivery of coaching and support for all Dispatch colleagues, ensuring training is tailored to individual requirements.
• Support the design and development of initial and recurrent training to support them to achieve the highest performance standards.

What skills and experience will you need?

• Already be demonstrating Role Model behaviours
• Subject matter expert in Ground Operations Dispatch and preferably Front of House (check in & boarding) procedures as well
• A subject matter expert - able to share your knowledge as well as be able to engage and influence others
• You will be passionate about training and developing others and be able to engage with dispatch colleagues
• Unless a recognised equivalent is already held, the successful candidate will be willing to study towards the Level 3 Award in Education and Training qualification which will be provided by the company
