Jet2.com Limited in Palma de Mallorca is seeking a Dispatcher to oversee aircraft turnaround, ensuring safety and on-time performance while coordinating with Ground Operations and other teams.

The role is a 20-hour per week, permanent intermittent contract with potential to increase hours. Requirements include fluent Spanish and English, the EU driving licence, and the ability to meet deadlines. Formación

• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple teams while also working independently when required.
• Fluent Spanish and intermediate/fluent English.
• Ability to work to deadlines and achieve targets.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Full and valid EU driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise aircraft turnaround to ensure a safe, efficient process meeting on-time targets.
• Perform pre-flight check requirements and prepare loading documentation, operating all equipment safely.
• Deliver friendly service that meets customer needs and promotes brand values.
• Collaborate with Ground Operations, third-party providers, and Flight Deck/Cabin Crew teams.
