Swiss Re is seeking a Workplace Engineer to join our Digital Workplace team in Madrid. You will co-lead the implementation, adoption and continuous delivery of intelligent Digital Workplace capabilities focused on Microsoft 365 services, Workplace AI assistants, agents and automation.

Formación

• Proven knowledge and hands on experience of managing and developing M365 digital workplace platform and services, such as Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams and PowerPlatform.
• Experience around security, governance and compliance controls related to the M365 Workplace.
• Strong automation and scripting capabilities using PowerShell, Power Automate, AI Agents and other modern tools to support continuous delivery and operational efficiency; ideally with CI/CD methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Drive platform evolution by identifying, evaluating, and deploying new Microsoft 365 and AI augmented Workplace capabilities, processes and solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Hands-on implementation of Microsoft 365 capabilities, automation, scripting and Azure workloads, plus security, governance and compliance controls.
• Leverage data platforms such as MS Power Platform and Palantir Foundry to drive data-informed workplace decisions and visualisations.
• Drive third level support cases, interfacing with vendors like Microsoft and internal teams.
• Continuously upskill, improve controls and procedures, and actively share knowledge across teams to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
