AXA Group Operations is seeking a motivated Product Owner to lead AI initiatives within the Gen AI CoE. You will shape strategy, manage the backlog, and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business units to deliver AI solutions that meet real business needs.

Key focus areas include user-centric design, stakeholder engagement, and tracking KPIs to drive value. The role offers opportunities to influence AXA's AI roadmap and scale solutions across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in AI, technology, or insurance sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Shape AI product strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business units, data scientists, engineers, and external partners.
• Prioritize and manage the Capability scaling backlog with alignment to the stream roadmap.
• Advocate for users by coordinating research and ensuring AI solutions meet user expectations.
