Job summary
Mondia seeks a visionary VP of Games to define and lead the end-to-end mobile gaming strategy, owning the full lifecycle from concept to monetization. This role builds a world-class gaming portfolio, driving user growth, engagement, revenue, and global leadership in digital mobile-gaming ecosystems.
You will lead a high-performing product team, establish quality standards with testing and release governance, and forge partnerships with studios and platforms to accelerate growth and monetization
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in mobile gaming platforms and related models.
- Proven Agile roadmap execution and cross-functional leadership.
- Expertise across web and native app development.
- Strong track record with D2C and B2B2C models; telco experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global gaming strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify market trends, player behaviors, and emerging opportunities (casual, mid-core, AAA, cloud gaming).
- Own the end-to-end gaming product portfolio offering (design, build, launch, scale, optimize).
- Drive data-led decision-making across engagement, LTV, retention, and ARPU.
- Own the gaming P&L and deliver against revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with game studios, publishers, and platforms.
- Lead and develop a high-performing product team.
- Establish quality standards, testing frameworks, and release governance.
