Job summary

Mondia seeks a visionary VP Games to define and lead the end-to-end mobile gaming strategy, owning the full lifecycle from concept to monetization. This leadership role is responsible for building a world-class gaming portfolio, driving user growth, engagement, revenue, and positioning Mondia as a leading player in digital mobile-gaming ecosystems globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in mobile gaming platforms, PWAs, and related models.
• Proven experience defining roadmaps with Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in web and native app development and deployment.
• Strong track record with P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global gaming strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify market trends, player behaviors, and emerging opportunities (casual, mid-core, AAA, cloud gaming).
• Own the end-to-end gaming product portfolio (design, build, launch, scale, optimize).
• Drive data-led decision-making across engagement, LTV, retention, and ARPU.
• Own the gaming P&L and deliver against revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with game studios, publishers, and platforms.
• Lead and develop a high-performing product team.
• Establish quality standards, testing frameworks, and release governance.
