Aswift, a fast-growing global mobile gaming company, seeks a hands-on Head of Product Development to own product and engineering across our portfolio of live mobile games. You will shape product strategy, drive technical direction, and champion AI-powered workflows.

Lead a cross-functional team of product, engineering, QA, and design; collaborate with monetization and data teams to maximize performance; stay hands-on with discovery, architecture decisions, and code reviews.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering and product leadership within mobile gaming.
• Strong experience with Unity (C#) and mobile game architecture.
• Proven ability to lead both product and engineering functions.

We’re thrilled to be partnered with a fast-growing global mobile gaming company behind a portfolio of successful live games as they look to look for a highly hands-on Head of Product Development to own both Product and Engineering across our mobile gaming business.

This is a unique opportunity for a product-minded technologist who thrives on ownership, moves quickly and enjoys building alongside their team. You'll shape product strategy, drive technical direction and leverage AI to accelerate innovation, experimentation and growth.

You will:

• Own the product roadmap and technical strategy for a portfolio of mobile games
• Lead a high-performing team of product, engineering, QA, and design professionals

What you will need:

• AI-native mindset, with real-world experience using AI tools to improve product and development outcomes
• A player-coach leadership style with a passion for building and scaling high-performing teams
