Job summary
Discovered MENA is seeking a VP of Games to own the global strategy and growth for its mobile and web gaming platform. The role sits in Madrid with hybrid work (2–3 days in the Madrid office) and reports to the CEO.
You will manage the game portfolio P&L, set strategy, and lead a high-performing product team. You’ll negotiate content deals with major studios, drive monetisation across subscriptions and IAP, and apply AI to how games are built and delivered.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in mobile/web gaming platforms (casual to ad-funded).
- Owned a games P&L with revenue targets.
- Experience in both D2C and B2B2C models.
- Negotiated content/partnership deals with major studios/publishers.
- Uses AI across how games are built, delivered and experienced.
Responsibilities
- Own the global games strategy and roadmap from casual to cloud.
- Lead the gaming P&L including revenue, margin and growth.
- Oversee content acquisitions and deals with studios/publishers.
- Drive monetisation across subscriptions, IAP, ads and new models.
- Define KPIs (LTV, ARPU, retention, engagement) for the portfolio.
- Build and lead a high-performing product team.
- Be involved in numbers, deals, and product to identify growth levers.
