Aswift, a fast-growing global mobile gaming company, seeks a hands-on Head of Product Development to own product and engineering across our portfolio of live mobile games. You will shape product strategy, drive technical direction, and champion AI-powered workflows.

Lead a cross-functional team of product, engineering, QA, and design; collaborate with monetization and data teams to maximize performance; stay hands-on with discovery, architecture decisions, and code reviews.

Formación

8+ years of experience in software engineering and product leadership within mobile gaming.
Strong experience with Unity (C#) and mobile game architecture.
Proven ability to lead both product and engineering functions.

Responsabilidades

Own the product roadmap and technical strategy for a portfolio of mobile games.
Lead a high-performing team of product, engineering, QA, and design professionals.
Drive data-informed decisions using player, monetization, and performance insights.
Champion AI-powered workflows across development, analytics, testing, and operations.
Remain hands-on with product discovery, architecture decisions, code reviews, and key initiatives.
Partner closely with monetization, growth, and data teams to maximise business performance.
