Huuuge Games in Barcelona seeks a Senior Product Manager to own and drive features for our big title, focusing on engagement, retention, and monetization. You will translate player insights into roadmaps, work with Production, Design, Monetization, and Analytics, and use KPIs and A/B tests to guide decisions, delivering measurable results in a fast-paced live game environment.

You’ll collaborate across Content, UI, Economy, and Marketing to ensure cohesive experiences and timely launches,

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience in mobile free-to-play or live-service games.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Proven track record of feature optimization, A/B testing, and event calendar management.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics dashboards and queries.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution of core product features to boost engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Translate business goals and player insights into roadmaps with Production, Design, Monetization, and Analytics teams.
• Analyze KPIs, player behavior, and A/B test results to guide decisions and improve game performance.
• Collaborate with Content, UI, Economy, Marketing to ensure cohesive player experiences and launches.
• Drive end-to-end product execution from ideation through live operations and post-launch analysis.
• Monitor competitors and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Champion the voice of the player while achieving business goals without sacrificing fun or community.
