Job summary

Preply is seeking a results-driven leader to own and scale tutor engagement programs across community, learning, and product launches from Barcelona. You will drive end-to-end events, build AI-driven workflows, and partner with multiple internal teams and external partners to continuously improve tutor experience.

You will manage complex programs with stakeholders, conduct focus groups, and analyze data to prove impact, ensuring on-time delivery and scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience planning and running complex events or programs that reached thousands of people within a team with real stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience is a reference point; what matters is landing a similar program end-to-end.
• Ability to build trust with a new team quickly without formal authority.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical skills to extract insights from research and focus groups.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with sharp tone judgment.
• Ability to build AI systems and workflows to replace repetitive manual work.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational part of tutor-facing programs end to end, e.g. annual tutor conference and webinar series.
• Drive new engagement projects from ideation to delivery.
• Own the operational side of community activities: contests, awards, story collections.
• Support LMS migration: coordinate content shift and build AI workflows.
• Run focus groups and data analysis to improve tutor experience across channels.
• Set up a reporting cadence to track program performance.
