Preply is seeking a results-driven leader to own and scale tutor engagement programs across community, learning, and product launches from Barcelona. You will drive end-to-end events, build AI-driven workflows, and partner with multiple internal teams and external partners to continuously improve tutor experience.

You will manage complex programs with stakeholders, conduct focus groups, and analyze data to prove impact, ensuring on-time delivery and scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Hands-on experience planning and running complex events or programs that reached thousands of people within a team with real stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience is a reference point; what matters is landing a similar program end-to-end.
• Ability to build trust with a new team quickly without formal authority.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical skills to extract insights from research and focus groups.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with sharp tone judgment.
• Ability to build AI systems and workflows to replace repetitive manual work.

Meet the team!

The Supply Engagement team owns how Preply changes tutor behaviour at scale, through three channels: communications, community, and academy. You'll report directly to the Senior Manager of Supply Engagement and be part of a team of six.Some quarters you'll be making already-set plans happen operationally, for example a webinar series, networking event or a contest in the community. Other times, something new lands with no owner yet, and you take it on fully, end to end. Every project exists for one reason: to make tutors happier, help them succeed, or surface what they're telling us so we can improve our product, programs, and policy.

What you’ll be doing

What you'll be doing:

• Own the operational part of all tutor-facing programs and projects end to end, for example running the annual tutor conference and the team's webinar series: source speakers, coordinate logistics, track what worked

• Drive new engagement projects end to end: From ideation to delivery

• Own the operational side of community activities: contests, awards, and story collections that keep tutors engaged

• Support Academy's LMS migration: coordinating the content shift, reviewing content, and building an AI workflow to speed it up

• Run focus groups, light research and data analysis to improve tutor experience across the channels and Preply

• Set up a reporting cadence that tracks how your programs are performing
  

The outcomes you’ll own:

• Tutor engagement programs that deliver real value to the tutors who take part, across community, learning, and product launches.

• Tutor sentiment and trust: tutors feel motivated and want to keep coming back

• Tutor voice reaching the people who need it, so research and focus groups shape real decisions

• An operational backbone solid enough that the team moves fast and every program lands on time, whatever the scale

What you need to succeed

• Hands-on experience planning and running complex events or programs that reached thousands of people, inside a team with real stakeholders and dependencies, not a small pilot managed informally

• 5+ years of experience is a reference point, but what matters more: have you actually planned, run, and landed something like this yourself

• Comfortable both executing someone else's plan with precision and taking full ownership of a project that has no plan yet

• Ability to build working trust with a new team fast, repeatedly, without formal authority to fall back on

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, internal teams and external partners

• Analytical skills: comfortable pulling insight from research and focus groups, and using data to measure whether a program actually worked

• Strong written and spoken communication skills, with sharp judgment on tone

• Ability to build AI systems and workflows that replace repetitive manual work

• Strong user empathy: you understand how the programs you run affect a tutor's ability to earn and feel supported

• Familiarity with a learning management system such as Docebo, 360Learning, or Thinkific

• Experience in professional development or marketplace environments
