Jobgether SRL, partnering with a client in Spain, seeks an experienced Workday Director – EMEA Professional Services Leader. You will drive regional performance, oversee delivery, and shape strategic growth across multiple countries, balancing revenue, margins, and client satisfaction.

You will lead seasoned consulting teams, develop future leaders, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and alliance teams to expand market opportunities while maintaining governance and high-quality delivery

Qualifications

• At least 12 years in consulting or professional services leadership.
• Minimum 5 years managing regional or multi-country delivery.
• Deep knowledge of Workday implementations and post-production services.
• Proven track record of managing regional business performance and growth.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong executive stakeholder management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across EMEA and travel for global meetings.
• Authorized to work in the employing country without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Lead the EMEA Workday Professional Services business, owning regional financial performance.
• Drive pipeline development, support strategic opportunities, review deals and contracts.
• Oversee delivery of Workday implementations, optimization projects, and managed services.
• Monitor KPIs: project health, timelines, profitability, satisfaction, and utilization.
• Build executive client relationships and sponsor strategic accounts.
• Develop regional leadership, retain talent, and plan succession.
• Coordinate with regional Workday leadership and alliance teams.
• Collaborate with global leadership, delivery, and commercial stakeholders to optimize capacity.
