Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Madrid seeks a seasoned PR & Communications Manager to lead global lifestyle-brand communications. You will develop and execute strategic PR plans, manage agencies, and coordinate press trips to amplify brand visibility across markets.

The role requires extensive experience in hospitality PR, strong media relationships, and fluency in English and Spanish, with opportunities to shape regional campaigns and events.

Formación

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience, preferably within hospitality or a lifestyle/consumer-brand agency.
• International experience is highly valued.
• Experience developing and executing global PR and social media plans for brands.
• Experience in PR and social media for hotel soft brands, especially in franchise models.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute annual PR plans and ongoing strategy for Avani and nhow brands with markets and hotel teams.
• Develop annual PR budgets and guide property-level budgets.
• Update brand PR guidelines and press kits.
• Manage international PR agencies and media campaigns, including press trips and coverage reporting.
• Organise media events, calls and maintain relationships with international media.
• Identify PR opportunities to promote the brands and properties.
