Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Spain is seeking a proactive Events Marketing Manager to lead regional events and webinars across the EMEA region. You will own the events strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive lead generation and revenue impact.

The role involves field events, hosted experiences, conferences, and monthly webinars, with travel of at least 15%. You will shape regional playbooks and own the program within the first 90 days, leveraging data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of event marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Proven ability to plan and run in-person events and webinars.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and time-zone coordination.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA events calendar across field events, conferences and regional activations.
• Define event objectives, audiences, formats, budgets, and success metrics.
• Evaluate sponsorships, speaking engagements, and event formats for impact.
• Coordinate venue, speakers, run-of-show, registration and on-site support.
• Collaborate with content, brand, product marketing, and sales on event materials.
• Plan ~1 EMEA webinar per month from topic selection to follow-up.
• Drive multichannel campaigns to boost registrations and engagement.
• Lead lead routing and post-event follow-up with Sales and Marketing Ops.
• Analyze performance, pipeline impact, and revenue contribution.
• Maintain reporting and regional playbooks to improve efficiency.
• Own the EMEA events program within 90 days.
