Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Brand Activation Specialist based in Spain to lead high-impact advertising and brand experiences across the traveller journey. You will own negotiations and execution across in-flight advertising, OOH media, and experiential activations, managing campaigns from opportunity identification through production, launch, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in media, sponsorships, brand marketing, or related field.
• Experience with in-flight advertising, OOH media, or offline media negotiations preferred.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to manage opportunities independently.
• Established contacts across in-flight media affiliates or venue/event partners.
• Experience coordinating multi-month production with external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end negotiations for in-flight and OOH advertising campaigns.
• Manage production of video content, assets, and publication timelines.
• Develop and execute brand activation strategies across airports, transit networks, and high-traffic areas.
• Identify activation opportunities within distribution partnerships and negotiate contracts.
• Oversee relationships with agencies, media partners, and event partners; ensure timely delivery.
