Exus Renewables is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to design, implement and govern compensation and benefits across global operations. The role will drive data-driven insights, pay equity analyses and AI-enabled workforce analytics to support executive decision-making.

You will lead salary structures, benchmarking, annual reviews and incentive design while ensuring financial sustainability and alignment with budgets. A hybrid work approach is offered across geographies.

Formación

• Degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of proven experience in a similar role within a multinational or high-growth environment.
• Experience supporting data-driven HR or workforce decisions.
• Strong analytical and modelling capabilities, with the ability to work with complex data sets.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain salary structures and compensation frameworks across geographies and business units.
• Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
• Lead the annual salary review process across the organization.
• Design and maintain bonus and incentive frameworks aligned with company performance.
• Oversee and periodically review the benefits framework across countries, ensuring competitiveness and consistency.
• Provide guidance to leadership and managers on compensation-related decisions.
• Model compensation scenarios and cost implications for salary reviews and bonus plans.
• Develop job families and levels to ensure internal equity and role clarity.
