Job summary

ERM, the world’s leading sustainability consulting firm, is seeking an EMEA Rewards Director to lead the total rewards function for the EMEA region. You will shape pay, bonus, benchmarking, job architecture and benefits to attract, retain and motivate diverse talent across multiple countries.

The role requires strategic leadership with hands-on experience across borders, experience in Workday is a plus, and you will head a small rewards team, partner with regional and global stakeholders, and

Qualifications

Senior reward leadership experience across multiple countries in EMEA.
Deep technical expertise in reward frameworks, processes and plan design.
Knowledge of reward compliance topics.
Excellent stakeholder management in a matrix environment.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Experience with Workday and Global Grading methodology is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end annual reward cycle activities including pay review and bonus cycles.
Act as strategic reward partner to EMEA senior leadership.
Develop and deliver reward communications and education materials for the EMEA region.
Manage stakeholders across regional and global groups.
Collaborate with regional and Group reward counterparts on global projects.
Lead large-scale reward projects and readiness for directives (e.g., EU Pay Transparency).
Lead a small team of reward professionals.
