Job summary

Wallbox Chargers is seeking a Senior Total Rewards professional to lead global compensation, benefits, and equity programs. You will design competitive salary bands, benefit structures, and equity plans to attract and retain talent across regions including EMEA, NAM, and APAC.

Reporting to the People department, you will ensure pay equity compliance, model LTIPs, and partner with Finance/FP&A on budgeting while driving data-driven total rewards reporting and insights across Wallbox's global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 4–8 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards management, ideally international.
• Proven knowledge of equity compensation models (RSUs/Stock Options) and public company reward frameworks.
• Strong expertise in salary benchmarking, job evaluation frameworks (Mercer, Korn Ferry/Hay, WTW), and incentive plan design.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in complex spreadsheet data modeling and HRIS platforms.
• Professional English level.

Responsibilities

• Design, benchmark, and maintain global salary bands, job architecture frameworks, and grading systems across all regions (EMEA, NAM, APAC).
• Administer equity plans (RSUs, Stock Options) and LTIP programs for a US-listed company (NYSE).
• Model, design, and track sales commission schemes and performance bonus plans with Sales Leadership and FP&A.
• Manage local and international benefit vendor relationships for health insurance, pension, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance/FP&A on workforce cost forecasting and lead pay equity/pay transparency compliance efforts.
• Lead annual merit review cycles, market adjustments, and develop advanced total rewards reporting via HRIS.
