Job summary

Capitole is growing fast and we’re looking for a Project Manager (Telephony & Contact Center) with 4+ years of experience to join our international team in Spain. You will plan, lead and coordinate multi-country deployments, ensuring scope, budget and timelines are met.

You’ll manage vendors, align stakeholders, and deliver go-live activities with a focus on security, data protection and high-quality delivery. Strong English is essential, and PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing IT or technology projects, ideally in telephony or contact center.
• Proven track record delivering rollouts or migrations across multiple countries.
• Basic understanding of contact center or cloud communication services.
• Experience working with vendors and contracts.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead projects from kickoff to handover, ensuring they stay within scope, budget and timeline.
• Create and maintain clear project plans with milestones, owners, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate IT teams, business owners, vendors and local teams to align stakeholders.
• Provide concise updates to sponsors and steering committees with a focus on decisions.
• Manage vendors and partners, overseeing scope, delivery quality, deadlines and escalations.
• Prepare and coordinate go-live activities, including testing, business acceptance and post-go-live support.
• Ensure compliance, security and data protection requirements are documented.
• Capture lessons learned and help develop repeatable rollout approaches.
