Capitole is growing fast and wants you to join the journey as a Project Manager (Telephony & Contact Center).

We’re seeking someone with 4 years’ experience to plan, lead and deliver IT projects across countries. You’ll coordinate IT teams, vendors and stakeholders in a matrix environment, ensuring rollouts stay within scope, budget and timeline and that security and data protection requirements are met. You’ll report to sponsors and drive go-live readiness.

Qualifikationen

• 4 years of experience managing IT or technology projects.
• Experience with telephony, contact center or customer communication.
• Track record of rollouts or migrations across multiple countries.
• Basic understanding of contact center or cloud communication services.

Aufgaben

• Plan and lead projects from kickoff to handover within scope, budget and timeline.
• Create and maintain project plans with milestones, owners, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate IT teams, business owners, vendors and local teams.
• Provide concise updates to sponsors and steering committees.
• Manage vendors and partners on scope, quality and deadlines.
• Prepare go-live activities, testing and post-go-live support.
• Ensure compliance, security and data protection requirements are met.
• Capture lessons learned to improve future rollouts.
