You will coordinate IT teams, vendors and stakeholders across multiple countries, ensuring scope, budget and timelines are met, while maintaining compliance and data protection standards.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, structured project management, and the ability to navigate an international, matrix organization.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of IT/project management experience, preferably in telephony or contact center.
• Experience delivering rollouts or migrations across multiple countries.
• Strong English communication; ability to work in international/matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead projects from kickoff to handover within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Create and maintain project plans with milestones, owners, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate IT teams, vendors and business owners across countries.
• Provide concise updates to sponsors and steering committees.
• Coordinate go-live activities, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure compliance, security and data protection considerations.
• Capture lessons learned for repeatable rollout approaches.
