Job summary

Capitole is growing fast and wants you to join the journey as a Project Manager (Telephony & Contact Center).

We’re seeking someone with 4 years’ experience to plan, lead and deliver IT projects across countries. You’ll coordinate IT teams, vendors and stakeholders in a matrix environment, ensuring rollouts stay within scope, budget and timeline and that security and data protection requirements are met. You’ll report to sponsors and drive go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience managing IT or technology projects.
• Experience with telephony, contact center or customer communication.
• Track record of rollouts or migrations across multiple countries.
• Basic understanding of contact center or cloud communication services.

We’re looking for a PROJECT MANAGER (Telephony & Contact Center) with 4 years of experience to join our amazing team.

• Plan and lead projects from kickoff to handover, ensuring they stay within scope, budget and timeline.
• Create and maintain clear project plans, including milestones, owners, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate IT teams, business owners, vendors and local teams, keeping all stakeholders aligned.
• Provide concise, regular updates to sponsors and steering committees, with a clear focus on decisions.
• Manage vendors and partners, overseeing scope, delivery quality, deadlines and escalations.
• Prepare and coordinate go-live activities, including testing, business acceptance, cutover planning and post-go-live support.
• Ensure compliance, security and data protection requirements are considered and documented.
• Capture lessons learned and help develop a repeatable approach for future rollouts.
• At least 4 years of experience managing IT or technology projects, ideally in telephony, contact center or customer communication.
• A proven track record of delivering rollouts or migrations involving multiple stakeholders across different countries.
• A basic understanding of contact center or cloud communication services; deep technical expertise is not required.
• Experience working with vendors and contracts.
• Strong communication skills in English.
