Capitole is seeking a Project Manager (Telephony & Contact Center) in Spain with 4+ years of experience to join our team. You will plan, coordinate and deliver IT projects across multiple countries, managing vendors and stakeholders in a fast-growing, international environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience managing IT or technology projects, ideally in telephony, contact center or customer communication.
• Proven track record delivering rollouts or migrations across multiple countries.
• Experience working with vendors and contracts.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead projects from kickoff to handover, within scope, budget and timeline.
• Create and maintain clear project plans with milestones, owners, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate IT teams, business owners, vendors and local teams, keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Provide concise, regular updates to sponsors and steering committees, focused on decisions.
• Manage vendors and partners, overseeing scope, delivery quality, deadlines and escalations.
• Prepare and coordinate go-live activities, including testing and post-go-live support.
• Ensure compliance, security and data protection requirements are documented.
• Capture lessons learned and develop a repeatable approach for future rollouts.
