TRISON in A Coruña is seeking a Technical Support L1 to join the global helpdesk, supporting audiovisual projects for clients in over 100 countries and ensuring service continuity. You will handle queries via phone, email and ticketing tools, perform first‑level troubleshooting, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve incidents, with a strong emphasis on English communication.

Formación

• Fluent written and spoken English (essential).
• Experience in administrative tasks and technical customer support.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Handle technical queries and incidents via phone, email and ticketing tools.
• Basic incident management and first-level troubleshooting.
• Provide customer support in multiple languages related to audiovisual projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve incidents.
