TRISON is seeking an experienced AV Project Engineer to design and deliver state‑of‑the‑art LED and audio‑visual solutions for leading international brands. You will join a global team in Madrid or Barcelona and contribute to projects across multiple countries.

The role requires a higher engineering degree, at least 5 years of audiovisual engineering experience, excellent organizational skills, and fluent English. Hybrid work with remote Fridays is available.

• Higher university education in engineering is essential.
• At least 5 years of experience as an audiovisual engineer.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver systems engineering projects and produce engineering documentation as per Trison standards.
• Drive quality and consistency by implementing processes and on-time issue resolution both onsite and offsite.
• Support Sales with engineering estimates and manage multiple projects within budget.
• Provide technical liaison with internal teams, customers and contractors.
• Design electronics, mechanics and optics to meet customer needs using proven technology and exploring new solutions.

What will be your mission?

To provide state‑of‑the‑art LED and audio‑visual solutions for leading international brands.

What will your day‑to‑day life as an AV Project Engineer be like?

• Deliver systems engineering projects, producing technical information and engineering documentation as specified in Trison standards for internal use, customers and external contractors.
• Drive quality and consistency in the engineering team by creating, implementing and monitoring processes and using best practice. Be proactive in terms of the last line of defence for problem resolution both onsite and offsite and at short notice.
• Supporting the Sales department with engineering estimates in terms of design, hours required, etc., carrying out work on multiple projects within budgeted cost and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Technical liaison with other internal departments, customers and contractors.
• Design systems in terms of electronics, mechanics and optics to meet the needs of our customers, using proven technology and looking for new and interesting solutions to problems.

What do we expect from you?

• Higher university education in engineering is essential.
• At least 5 years' experience as an audiovisual engineer.
• High level of organisational skills in complex and multidisciplinary areas.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, especially with commercial areas.
• Commitment to collective objectives and to the management team.
• Methodical, precise person who is used to meeting and ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Fluent in English.
