TRISON is seeking an experienced AV Project Engineer to lead systems engineering projects from design to delivery for international brands, based in Madrid or Barcelona. You will generate technical documentation, support the sales team with engineering estimates, and ensure project success while coordinating across multiple disciplines.

• Engineering degree is essential.
• Minimum 5 years of audiovisual engineering experience.
• Strong organizational skills in complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver AV systems engineering projects and produce technical documentation per Trison standards for internal use, customers, and contractors.
• Drive quality and consistency by implementing processes and monitoring outputs; act as last line of defense for on-site and off-site issues.
• Support Sales with engineering estimates including design inputs and hours; manage multiple projects within budget and to customer satisfaction.
• Liaise technically with internal teams, customers, and contractors.
• Design electronic, mechanical, and optical solutions to meet customer needs using proven technology and innovative approaches.
