Job summary

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for business and international scope. You will advise hiring managers with market expertise, analyze TA metrics, and craft robust recruiting strategies to attract top talent while ensuring operational excellence in the recruitment process and candidate experience.

You will manage end-to-end recruiting, coach managers, improve programs, use ATS dashboards, and support branding activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting in fast-paced tech environments.
• Experience collaborating with Senior Tech Leaders.
• Experience across Tech roles (Data, Engineering, Product).
• Solid understanding of Glovo’s vision and operations.
• Strong networking and data-driven recruiting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting from research to offer and acceptance.
• Coach hiring managers on time-to-fill, market mapping and engagement.
• Improve programs and create strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize ATS reports and dashboards to illustrate pipeline and results.
• Support employer branding through networking events and e-meetups.
• Maintain pipeline and map future opportunities for candidates.
