Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a results-driven team member to drive advertiser growth by supporting the strategic launch of a new inbound sales channel across global markets. You will own monthly reporting of inbound leads and track KPIs to inform business decisions and optimize performance.

This role manages end-to-end campaigns, assists in building compelling pitches for global partnerships, and coordinates with local markets to strengthen cross-market marketing efforts.

Job Description

Driving Advertiser Growth: Support the strategic launch of a new sales inbound channel designed to increase advertiser acquisition across our global markets.

Performance Tracking: Own the monthly reporting of inbound leads and track main KPIs across all inbound channels to inform business decisions.

Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end operations for discount-based marketing campaigns, coordinating directly with local markets to ensure seamless execution.

Partnership Development: Provide comprehensive support to the Commercial Lead by conducting data analysis and building compelling pitch decks to help close new global partnerships.

Cross-Market Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for local commercial teams, providing strategic support to enhance their commercial pitches and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Analytical Thinker: Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, essential for evaluating partnership data and campaign performance.

Effective Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and coordinate seamlessly with local markets.

Detail-Oriented Multitasker: Exceptional attention to detail combined with the organizational skills to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.

Language Skills: Full professional fluency in English is required.

Proactive Mindset: A self-starter attitude with the ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
