Job summary

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an International Supply Operations Lead to own supply performance across the PLECA region. You will turn data into clear priorities, drive delivery time improvements, rider efficiency, and cost per order, while leading a high-performing team and partnering with country General Managers.

You will build scalable operating models and collaborate with global teams to deploy new tools and processes, while managing relationships with courier

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Economics, or Business. MBA a strong plus.
• Experience with data analysis to drive decisions and improve operations.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and set priorities.
• Translate insights into action plans improving delivery time and cost per order.
• Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing Operations team.
• Own end-to-end operational performance metrics and courier balance.
• Standardize scalable operating models across cities for growth and seasonality.
• Collaborate with General Managers and Heads of Operations on strategy.
• Work with global teams to deploy new tools, processes, and product launches.
• Build relationships with courier communities and third-party fleets.
