Michael Page Enterprise Solutions is seeking Talent Acquisition Partners to support our client's RPO and MSP hiring programs. You will work with Enterprise Solutions and client stakeholders to deliver monthly hiring by owning candidate generation, screening, and presenting shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, then guiding offers through to onboarding.

Ideal candidates have agency or onsite recruitment experience, are fluent in German and English, and can leverage LinkedIn and other

• Experience gained within agency and onsite recruitment.
• Fluency to a minimum of professional level in German and English.
• Broad exposure to recruitment ATS / VMS platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of client RPO/MSP hiring programs.
• Own candidate generation and selection for respective roles.
• Guide candidates through interview process and lead offer negotiations to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system.
