BSBI in Madrid is seeking a Student Compliance & Visa Support Officer to manage student compliance documentation and assist with visa applications, ensuring a smooth enrolment to arrival experience.

You will coordinate with Admissions, Student Services and external partners, review documents for GDPR and regulatory compliance, and deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse international student body.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent required.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review, verify, and maintain student files in line with regulations.
• Guide visa and immigration processes for students.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Student Services, and Academic Operations.
• Generate reports and track compliance KPIs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to applicants and students.
