BSBI-Berlin seeks an International Affairs Officer (Visa and Student Compliance) in Madrid/Spain. You will manage student compliance, assist visa applications, and liaise with embassies, admissions, and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding for international students.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and awareness of GDPR and legal obligations, with a service-oriented, globally minded approach.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in law or related field.
• Proven ability to manage regulatory documentation and records.
• Experience with CRM systems and student management is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review and maintain student files in compliance with regulations.
• Guide visa and immigration processes for prospective and enrolled students.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on documentation.
• Generate reports and track compliance KPIs.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout admissions and enrolment.
