BSBI is seeking an Senior Careers and Internship Advisor to support students and graduates with career guidance and to drive internship opportunities across Barcelona and Madrid campuses. You will partner with academic staff and employers to align placements with study areas and career goals, while managing internship processes from outreach to evaluation.

Based in Madrid, the role involves collaboration with Campus Management, Marketing and Student Services teams to deliver engaging career

Formación

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) at a high level.
• Experience in career guidance, talent management or student services or recruitment.
• Completed university degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual career counselling and group guidance sessions to students and graduates.
• Plan, develop, and deliver in-person and hybrid workshops on career development and internship preparation.
• Coordinate internships, match students with placement providers, and guide through application and placement processes.
• Liaise with academic staff to align internships with curricular requirements and learning objectives.
• Supervise internships, conduct regular check-ins, and resolve issues.
• Travel between Barcelona and Madrid campuses to manage internship activities.
