Tether is seeking a Solutions Partner Manager to govern a global network of consulting firms, system integrators, and delivery partners implementing WDK, QVAC, and MOS. You will ensure partners deliver high‑quality projects, meet certification standards, and drive customer satisfaction while coordinating with Customer Success, Delivery, Support, Product, and Training teams.

• 4-8 years in Partner Management or Delivery Governance roles.
• Experience with implementation partners and system integrators.
• Strong knowledge of software/IT implementation processes.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or blockchain sectors.

• Manage partner relationships and capability management.
• Coordinate onboarding, certification, and training of partners.
• Oversee partner-led implementations ensuring quality and timelines.
