Tether.io is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead AI-driven deployments powered by QVAC, Tether’s SDK for local AI and delegated inference. You will orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder projects across enterprise, government, and institutional environments.

This role combines client engagement, technical coordination, and delivery oversight to ensure successful onboarding and production rollout, aligning client objectives with product capabilities.

Formación

• 5+ years of program management in AI, data infrastructure or complex technology environments.
• Proven track record delivering multi-stakeholder deployments.
• Strong communication with enterprise or government clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end AI deployment programs for clients and partners.
• Define implementation roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across models, infrastructure, and integration layers.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and research teams on QVAC capabilities and roadmap evolution.
• Provide governance, risk tracking, and executive-level updates on progress and blockers.
• Ensure deployments meet privacy, locality, and regulatory considerations.
