This role sits within the Blockchain Expansion function and focuses on building and managing high-impact relationships with blockchain foundations while delivering strategic projects that expand real-world adoption of Tether assets.

Formación

• Proven experience in partnership or ecosystem management, ideally within crypto/fintech/tech.
• Track record of managing high-impact growth projects from concept to execution.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate ideas into executable projects.
• Experience collaborating with expansion, economics, marketing, or product teams.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a remote, global environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

• Manage and deepen strategic relationships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem partners.
• Design and execute high‑impact growth projects with partners to drive adoption of Tether assets.
• Think strategically about collaborations to create scalable, sustainable projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving regional expansion, economics, marketing, and product teams.
• Track, manage, and report on project progress and outcomes against objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency and partner outcomes.
• Operate with autonomy, taking initiative to pursue new opportunities.
• Provide leadership with updates, insights, and recommendations based on performance.
