Job summary

Hayward Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Logistics professional in Barcelona to coordinate daily shipments of Finished Goods.

The role interfaces with Customer Service, Warehouse, Production, Planning, Finance and external transport providers to ensure on-time delivery, accurate documentation and cost control. Responsibilities include planning shipments, selecting carriers, negotiating transport quotes, handling customs documentation, and maintaining ERP records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, transport coordination or international trade.
• Experience with international transport and export/customs documentation, and knowledge of international transport regulations.
• Experience working with an ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• English: B2 level or higher, with the ability to communicate with international colleagues and logistics providers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily shipments according to delivery dates, capacity, and constraints.
• Coordinate preparation, consolidation and dispatch of customer orders.
• Ensure optimal shipment consolidation by destination and requirements.
• Update shipment status daily and manage shipments.
• Coordinate EXW, CPT and other shipping terms.
• Communicate with transport providers and monitor performance.
