Job summary

Hayward Ibérica SLU is seeking a Shipping & Logistics professional to coordinate and control day-to-day finished goods shipments. You will manage planning, carrier selection, and documentation, ensuring on-time delivery and cost control across internal teams and external providers.

The role requires 3 years of shipping/logistics experience, ERP proficiency (Dynamics 365 preferred), and strong organizational skills to manage multiple shipments and deadlines in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/logistics coordination or international trade.
• ERP experience, MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Experience with export/documentation and customs requirements.
• Experience working with transport providers and 3PLs.
• Industrial or manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily shipments according to delivery dates, capacity and constraints.
• Coordinate carrier selection, quotations, and bookings; monitor transport performance.
• Prepare and issue shipping and export documentation; resolve customs issues.
• Review invoices against rates and shipments; identify cost-optimization opportunities.
• Maintain Finished Goods inventory accuracy in ERP; investigate discrepancies.
• Act as interface across Customer Service, Planning, Production, Warehouse, Finance and logistics providers.
• Prepare reports on shipment status, costs, incidents and logistics performance; drive process improvements.
