Job summary

• Professional working proficiency in German and English.
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach to customer interactions.
• Good problem-solving and logical-thinking skills, with the judgement to recognise when an issue needs to be escalated.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to enter and maintain information accurately.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and work accurately in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
• Ability to work reliably and independently while following structured processes.
• Willingness and aptitude to learn logistics platforms such as ATLAS and SAP.
• Availability to participate in the applicable paid on-call arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule deliveries using customer orders and forecasted demand to meet customer requirements safely and efficiently.
• Enter and manage orders received by phone or email and maintain accurate customer and delivery information.
• Support customers with routine order and delivery enquiries with timely communication.
• Build delivery trips, resolve scheduling errors, and apply basic clustering to improve efficiency.
• Respond to changes in customer demand or driver availability and escalate exceptions when necessary.
• Prioritise safety-sensitive deliveries and follow quality and escalation procedures.
• Maintain interaction records and handover documentation.
• Collaborate with drivers, hauliers, distribution teams, and internal departments.
