Schneider Electric seeks a NeoCloud Global Account Manager to lead the services performance for strategic accounts worldwide. You will drive growth, manage senior client relationships, and coordinate cross‑regional teams to maximize value from installed base and digital services.

You will own the executive services relationship, shape the strategic plan, and lead tendering, pricing, and governance to ensure profitability and seamless operational handoffs across regions.

Responsabilidades

• Drive customer lifecycle value by maximizing installed base, recurring revenue, renewal rates and adoption of digital services solutions.
• Own the executive Services relationship strategy for the account, establishing trusted advisor status with customer executives.
• Lead regional and country collaboration; regular account reviews to monitor pipeline health and performance.
• Influence strategic CapEx projects and lead tendering, pricing negotiations and governance processes.
• Ensure booked Gross Margin targets and seamless handover to Operations.
• Build and regularly review the Strategic Account Plan with stakeholders and identify multi-year growth opportunities.
