Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Field Sales Representative for End Users & Strategic Customers in Madrid to drive growth in the Data Center segment. You will build trusted partnerships, deliver integrated energy management and cooling solutions, and position EcoStruxure Data Center offerings as the go-to for resilient, sustainable infrastructure.

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Experience selling integrated energy management or digital solutions.
• Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and design/construct leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead account strategies for end users and strategic customers within the Data Center ecosystem.
• Identify and convert opportunities across colocation, hyperscale, and edge Data Centers.
• Manage long sales cycles with a value-based approach and cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with marketing, tendering, and global account teams to drive outcomes.
• Stay ahead of market trends and translate challenges into value-driven proposals.
