AEG Power Solutions in Spain is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to ensure successful delivery of contracted services, coordinating planning, resources, logistics, and safety. You will act as the main operational contact for Field Engineers and internal stakeholders to keep projects on scope, on time and within budget.

The role requires 5-6 years in a similar role, English B2, experience with SAP and Salesforce, and flexibility to work hybrid 2-3 days from home.

Formación

5-6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in after sales departments.
Strong stakeholder management and proactive personality.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to speak English at B2 level and adapt to flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

Manage end-to-end execution of contracted services to meet customer commitments.
Coordinate resources: technicians, materials, logistics, and H&S requirements.
Act as primary operational contact for Field Engineers and resolve execution issues.
Manage risks, deviations, and scope changes with corrective actions.
Monitor costs and support invoicing and operational targets.
Participate in warranty-related activities at customer sites.
Drive continuous improvement through processes, systems, and planning tools.
Ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
