EY GDS Spain in Malaga is seeking a Senior SOC Team Coordinator to oversee operational coordination within a 24x7 Security Operations Center, guiding SOC analysts and ensuring delivery of cybersecurity services for German-speaking and international clients.

You will coordinate daily activities, monitor incident handling, support major incidents, ensure smooth shift handovers, and contribute to playbooks and SOPs.

Formación

• Fluent German language skills (C1 or higher).
• Good English for global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily activities within a 24x7 SOC environment.
• Monitor incident handling, ticket queues and escalations.
• Support major incidents and critical security events coordination.
• Ensure smooth shift handovers and clear operational communication.
• Assist SOC analysts with day-to-day questions and prioritization.
• Contribute to SOC processes, playbooks, and SOP improvements.
• Collaborate with customers, service managers, technical teams and international stakeholders.
