Jobgether is seeking an HR Coordinator based in Spain to support international HR operations and the full employee lifecycle. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, while partnering with HR leadership and external providers.

Formación

• 2-3 years of professional experience in HR Operations, HR Coordination, or a comparable HR role.
• Experience in international or multicultural environments across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and follow-up.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes with proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Support payroll and benefits administration with external providers.
• Assist with visa, relocation, and employment documentation when required.
• Maintain HR policies, templates, and compliance records across entities.
