ABB Motion in Madrid is looking for a Service Coordinator & Contract Manager to oversee service contracts for Drives, Motors, Generators, and ABB Ability digital solutions. You will coordinate service activities, optimize resources, and ensure contractual commitments with KPI targets are met, while delivering outstanding customer experience.

Formación

• Technical degree in Industrial/Electrical/Electronics engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in industrial service related activities, in operations backoffice support tasks.
• Knowledge in MS Office tools, SAP, Salesforce, scheduling software.
• Fluent Spanish and English (min B2 level), written and spoken.
• Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage contracts end-to-end, ensuring commitments and KPI targets are met and risks identified.
• Coordinate service execution across technical activities, allocating qualified FSEs with required certifications.
• Optimize resources and productivity, monitor FSE utilization and drive process improvements.
• Develop strategic customer partnerships through transparent communication and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Customer Care to ensure service excellence.
