Job summary

Head of SAP Application Management Services (AMS) will build and lead Liebherr's global SAP AMS capability from our Madrid IT Shared Service Centre, establishing a scalable Level 2/3 service. You will define the operating and sourcing model, build a high-performing internal team, and govern external providers to deliver a premium global service.

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Application Management, SAP Operations, AMS, or related SAP leadership roles within complex international environments.
